Walker’s point, a historically industrialized area of Milwaukee, has evolved into one of the city’s hottest new commercial districts. Through multi-faceted partnerships, Converge at Eagleknit partners with schools and training programs to promote students’ development of technical skills, academic proficiency, a practical code of ethics and career plans as students learn to use tools safely in real work environments.
Wangard Partners’ mission for this project has been to help eliminate Milwaukee’s racial wealth divide by creating a flourishing ecosystem of innovation focused businesses, startup companies, talent/education, and technology. It goes hand in hand with our corporate vision and commitment to building for communities, with communities.
The 507 S. 2nd Street’s Converge at Eagleknit , which currently has up to 50,000 SF of office space available for lease, is the central point for creatives and innovators to collaborate with regular curated programming and events.
